windows 2003

I wanted to upgrade Internet Explorer but I needed to at least have Windows
2003 and only have Windows 2000. I couldn't find anywhere to download
Windows 2003.

You cannot download Windows 2003 Server. You need to purchase it from a reseller or
a Retail Store or Amazon.

You can download a Trial version of Windows 2008 Server which is still available for
downloading
