Windows 2007 Compatibility Mode

I set my default in Win 2007 to save in the compatible mode. However, I
still cannot open documents saved this way at work which has Win 2003. I
cannot install the compatibility pack at work because I do not have
administrative priviledges on my computer. Any suggestions?

There are two different things - compatibility mode and file format. What
you must do is save your documents in Word 97-2003 format. You can set the
default in Office button > Word Options > Save tab.
