Windows 7 Game Icons

I'm a new user to Windows 7, and have a question. I installed a game on my
laptop, and had to manually add the icon to the Games folder. I accidentally
added it twice, and now can't delete one of the icons. Right-clicking, I see
a "delete" option, but it doesn't delete. I also clicked once and hit the
delete key, but still no luck. Where does one go to change this setting so I
can delete the unwanted icon?
