Windows 7 - Outlook 2013 showing images red x

When I receive any email with an image inserted, the images doesn't show and comes up with a white box with a red X inside

I've followed various tutorials online but none seem to resolve it

I've uninstalled Microsoft Office and re-installed it but no success

Can anyone help?
