windows 98 and Outlook 2000 connection problem

I have a user account that has a logon authentication problem with
Exchange 2000 using windows 98. I can connect as an administrator and
add the users mailbox to outlook but when I try to connect as the user
the account is not accepted. The user account does not have a problem
connecting using windwows xp.

Anyone know what's wrong here?

Sounds like a password prob. Is this computer able to authenticate to the
domain server?
