Windows 98 Header printing as a lead on my report

I am getting an extra page printing on my report when I am using an access
program. This started happening recently. It includes the following:

Microsoft (R) Windows 98
----------------------------------------------------------------
Document: End Cap Label
Printed By: pamela
Date and Time: Wednesday, March 21, 2007 8:00:52 AM

after that prints, the form pages up and the report we are expecting prints.
Can anyone help with how to stop this "header", or "lead" from printing?
