Windows Auth Resource Set-up

I have Project Server Set-up so that when users go to the Project Portal,
they are authenticated by Windows "Welcome John Smith". Now, I would like
when a project is created in Project Professional, I would like to assign the
windows user to a project/tasks so that when he/she logs into the Project
Server as above, the tasks will be automatically there for him to see.

How do I make the Windows Users available as resources in Project
Professional?

I actually had it set up right, just didn't know how to use it - works like a
charm ;-)
