Windows Authentication is not working for one user.

One user is being prompted for a username and password when trying to access
the Project Web Access page. And if she uses her windows login/password she
gets a fail to log in message

I checked Project Web Access to see the User Profile and she is set up for
Windows Authentication
User Properties
User Account: xxx xxx
Authentication Type: Windows Authentication
Account Status: Active
E-mail Address: (e-mail address removed)

No changes have been made to her Windows profile.

Does anyone have a suggestion for resolving this issue?

Renee:

Ask the user to change their domain password and see if that helps.

From her internet explorer try:
Tools, Internet Options, Security, click on trusted sites, then choose
custom level, scroll down to the bottom and choose automatic logon with
current user and password.

Thanks Gary- I'm going to have the user try Frank's recommendation first, if
that doesn't resolve the issue, then I will have her change the domain
password.
