Windows authentication or Project Server authentication?

What are the advantages to using Windows authentication for Project
Server 2003?
What I cannot do with Project Server authentication?

In the site Microsoft Online said:
"Windows SharePoint Services (Documents, Issues, and Risks) and
Analysis Services (Portfolio Analyzer and Portfolio Modeler) require
Windows authentication"

But recently I could create a risk with Project Server authentication.

Are there any document about it, that explain waht can i do and what
can´t i do?

I believe it has to do with the accounts not synching up with SharePoint if
they are project server authenticated.

Project Server Accounts are not part of AD, and therefore have no inherent
rights to WSS. It might be that you could create an issue/risk etc if you
allowed edit rights to anonymous users, but I've never checked it out.
