Windows Authentication Problem

We used to have a properly operating Project Server 2003. Suddenly, windows
authentication has failed. Users are able to use web access with username
and password but they can not login via integrated windows authentication.
They are directed to lgnps.asp page. How can I fix this windows
authentication problem?
