i have a co worker that likes to send animated emails for holidays etc. She
has about 50 ready to use emails on her desktop.
Every time she logs in she gets an error "windows explorer has encourted a
problem and needs to close".
I deleted all the emails from the desktop and restarted and loged in - no
errors.
I then added a few back to the desktop and restarted and loged in - no
errors.
I continued this pattern. when I get to 24 emails that is when it starts
blowing up and I get the error message "windows explorer has encourted a
problem and needs to close". Thinking an email might be corrupt, I put back
different emails on the desktop. I have done this several times and several
different ways with the same result.

thanks for your time
