Windows Fax and Scan In Outlook

I am considering updates to Vista Ultimate (or Business) and Office Standard
(or Small Business) 2007.

As much as possible, I'd like perform all my communications through Outlook.
In particular, I'd like to integrate PC-fax receiving, PC-fax sending, and
scanning directly into Outlook. I understand that Vista has an application
called Windows Fax and Scan. Can this program be integrated into Outlook? If
not, does good third-party software exist to accomplish this feat?
