Windows in Taskbar in runtime version

In the runtime version in my mde file, can I use the feature that displays
the windows in the taskbar (the full version feature under tools, options,
show windows in taskbar)

Yes. And you can also set this programmatically at startup time using
the SetOption method.

I turned it on under Tools, options. But when I make my mde file and
run the mde with the /runtime startup option, I don't see windows in
taskbar.
