Windows Instaler terminate prematurely when i uninstall OFFFICE 20

When i tri to uninstall Office 2003, it give me an error message "Windows
Installer terminate prematurely", then i click ok and the next message comes
up "Fatal error during installation". How do i fix this problem? Do i have
to manaully unistall Office 2003? If yes, how do i do that? Or any other
solutions? At this time, i can't do any repair/uninstall/upgrade when i pop
in the Office CD.
I'm using Window XP Professional, SP2. Thanks.
