Windows Installer Box

Everytime my Outlook sends and receives messages, the windows installer box
shows on my screen and says "preparing to install". It shows up while I'm in
other programs and momentarily halts whatever I am typing. This has happened
ever since I installed Office PRo 2003 and I've tried to Detect and Repair
and re install with no change. Please help!
