I have Server 2003 and win2000 clients in a school. I have office 2000
installed on the clients and all working well. New user logs in and office
installs itself giving the user the option to put in their name and initials.
Office starts up then, and the user can work away until they try to open an
organisational chart in Powerpoint and they get windows installer error 1603.
When I log in I dont have a problem so I tried increasing their rights to
office but same thing happens. I have also allowed elevated priveleges
through the windows installer group policy.
Please help, i've searched the web but it talks about drive space which
there is aleast 40gig avaible on each client.
