windows installer error

Hello
I am having the same error as described in this article:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;290740

In this article it is written :
International Support options are located in the Office Shared Features
folder in setup.

I am not able to locate these options in order to solve the problem.
Can anyone help me out.

Kindly try the following: Select START > SETTINGS > CONTROL PANEL >
ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS > MICROSOFT OFFICE 2002 > CHANGE > ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS;
then select RUN ALL FROM MY COMPUTER for the item on the top and update the
installation.

Please let me know whether the above step helps.
