Windows Installer Message

I had to get a new hard drive. I reinstall Office 2000.
Now every time I open Excel I get a Windows Installer
message informing me that the feature I am trying to use
is on a CD or other disk. Please insert Office 2000 CD.
I don't know what feature I am trying to use or what this
is all about. I just want to open Excel. Any ideas?
