Windows installer notice keeps appearing

Hi,
I just installed Office 2003 Pro over Office XP Pro.

Now every time I open Outlook after booting up the Windows Installer
notice appears and keeps blinking several times, as if it's trying to
install
something.

It doesn't happen with any other program in Office 2003, just Outlook.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled Office 2003 and the notice keeps appearing.

Once it stops blinking Outlook seems to function normally, but since this
notice
appears every time I open the program, it sure seems like something isn't
quite
right.

Any thoughts???
