windows installer pop-up

Everytime I open Word, Excel, or Power Point, the windows
installer pops up and installs components for the office
app that I am opening. Why? Can I make it stop?

When you installed Office, you told it to that you would
access a lot of the information from the CD, that is why
each time it loads the files required for that
application. To stop this, you need to reinstall Office
but do a Complete or Custom Install and select the option
that you will run all from your computer, not CD. You
will need to do this at every level.
