Windows Installer Popup looking for Office share

When I launch an IE link it pops up a windows installer box referncing the
share that Office was installed from.

"It says a feature you are attempting to use is on a network resource that
is unavailable."

This is true since the share is no longer supported.
Any ideas I've tried recreating the shortcut but the problem continues.
