Windows Installer runs every time I start Excel

Every time I start Excel 2003, it begins to run the Installer. It asks for my
original CD which I put in, but it never finds the file it is looking for.
After hitting Cancel several times, the Installer closes, and I can use Excel
as usual.

Annoying!

Any help greatly appreciated.
