All,
We are having an Oultook issue on our Windows 2000 SP4 terminal services in
application services mode server. We are running Office 2000 SR1 SP3. When
a user without administrative rights logs into the terminal server, starts
Oultook, then clicks the Outlook today icon in the Outlook shortcut bar the
windows installer runs then disspears pretty quickly. Then when clicking
the Inbox icon the windows installer runs again pretty quickly and closes on
it's on.
This happens every time a user opens Oultook. This does not happen to users
who have administrative rights. I've used Regmon and Filemon extensively
looking for a key that may be missing or not having the right permissions.
Uninstalled and reinstalled entirely with no success.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance!
