Windows Installer window pops up when scanning incoming e-mail.

I've been having a really annoying minor issue with a Windows Installer
window popping up when every single incoming e-mail is scanned. Symantec
Live Chat support was of no help. This issue did not exist when I only had
Office 2003 installed. Then, I installed Norton Internet Security 2006 and
it started happening. I upgraded to Norton Internet Security 2007 and the
problem remained and looked the same as when Internet Security 2006 was
running.
