If I run the Windows Installer Cleanup Utlility will I lose all of my data
saved in Outlook and Word?

As stated it "does not remove files of any programs that are installed by
Windows Installer, such as Microsoft Office 2003"
Always a good idea to back up your files, just in case there are any
problems...
