Windows Live ID gives different "credentials" screens

Why is it that Windows Live ID gives different credential screens? E.g.,
when I sign into "Account Services" for one of my accounts in Windows Live ID
and then select "Credentials" from the "Account Services Home" screen, I'm
presented with 5 "Manage your credentials" selections on the "Credentials"
screen. However when signing into "Account Services" for another account in
Windows Live ID I'm immediately presented with 3 selections: "Password reset
information," "Settings" and "Quick Links." I've done some testing to
indicate that the difference seems due to the different accounts and nothing
else. Explanations or reasons for this would be appreciated! Thanks

Milly, I looked at the 50 or so tech forums and since I didn't see one for
"Windows Live ID" thought I'd post to Office. Appreciate your comments,
though.
