Windows Live is not emailing my forgotton password back

Im trying to sign in my Microsoft money program at home. My email address is
(e-mail address removed). I went to sign in and forgot the password for that
address. I answer the prompts correctly, and it is says it has sent the
password to (e-mail address removed) but nothing is ever received?
