Windows Live Local - how does it work?

I downloaded the OL add-in Windows Live Local on Friday. However, I cannot
seem to find instructions on how to use it. I did find "maps and directions"
under INSERT in appointments but when I do this the program merely downloads
a map of the US.

Please help!

Create a new appointment and you should see a new Location page on the appointment form. It's self-explanatory.
