A Good Point For WLM:
WLM does handle JAPANESE messages -- email and newsgroups -- just as OE
does -- in XP.
One must first install the Japanese Language Support files, of course -- and
Japanese fonts support.
Then one can read Japanese on the web, receive, compose and transmit
Japanese emails -- and read and send in Japanese newsgroups.
I understand this is impossible in Vista without buying some sort of
Language Pack, and even then there are severe limitations -- or is that not
correct?
If it's true -- that is a functionality that exists in XP that has been
REMOVED in Vista.
Does OUTLOOK have these capabilities to handle Japanese language material,
without purchasing anything else -- just downloading the Japanese Support
files?
