rather than leaving the application open and missing mail when you click the

Let's stick past the part where you posted this to the Microsoft Access
newsgroup, a database software, and get to the part about answering your
question...

I can minimize it now so what buttons do you see in the upper right hand
corner? You should see three buttons... Minimize (the little minus),
Restore Up/Down (one/two little squares) and Close (the little x)
