Windows logo key + S is no longer working..ditto for N

I am using Vista Ultimate and Office 2007 with sp1.

I love using Onenote to capture web page screens...suddenly it doesn't work.

Any suggestions on what I can do to troubleshoot?

Menu: Tools-Options-Other.
Enable "Place OneNote icon of the notification area of the taskbar".
This will load the screen snapshot function on startup.

I had to turn on "sticky keys" to get mine to work. Just hit "shift" five
times in rapid succession.
