Windows Mail Automatically Starting Up-Not in Startup Menu?

I posted a question some time ago about windows mail all of a sudden
starting up and the response was that I should check my all programs,
startup folder. When I go to my startup folder it is empty. Yet, I know I
have my antivirus, spyware, and windows sidebar all coming up automatically.
Somehow now Windows Mail is also coming up automatically, even though I did
not change any settings. How do I find where the settings are for this so
that I can stop this from happening? It hangs up my computer when I do not
have internet access and I boot up the system.

Sorry, but this newsgroup is for questions abotu Access, the database
product that's part of Office Professional.

I'd suggest reposting your question to a newsgroup related to Windows Mail,
such as microsoft.public.windows.vista.mail

You have posted this question to the wrong newsgroup.
The access in this groups title refers to Microsoft Access, a database
program.
Please repost to the correct newsgroup for the Windows or Vista
program you are using.
I would suggest you include your Windows and Office version number in
your message. It might make a difference.
