windows mail can't connect after downloading Office 2007 demo

I downloaded the free trial for Office Professional 2007. I did not install
Outlook 2007 and opted to continue to use my Windows Mail. As soon as I
installed the free trial, my Windows Mail would not work. I have checked all
router and email settings and they are fine. I uninstalled the free trial,
but Windows Mail still does not work. I get the message "Your POP3 server
has not responded in 60 seconds. Would you like to wait another 60 seconds
for the server to respond?" despite the fact that the account settings are
correct. I can check my email online using my browser with no problem. Can
someone help? Thanks!
