windows mail has taken all my business e mails! Can someone help

Hi, I've read through other threads here but can't see anything to help.
Basically I tried to set up a widows mail account yesterday-wasting about 4
hours. In the process it took all the emails from my business e mail inbox
(thank you) and put them into windows mail inbox!! If I had known this was
going to happen I wouldn't have done it!! So, basically I have a uselss
windows mail that doesn't send or receive e mails. I've tried different
things to fix it but to no avail. I don't want to send error reports and try
again. I just want my emails back in my old inbox which I trust. They're very
important for business annd obviously I'm unable to even send them back to
myself. I really neeed to get this sorted. Please can someone help me???

Windows Mail has its own group, under Vista groups
When you post your Q their you need to explain what exactly you mean by 'old
inbox'
