Windows mail TO OUTLOOK 2003

Hello there,
I am normally pretty proficient with software and computers in general. But
this one has me baffled. Well Microsoft has done it again, making the simple
impossible...... I am trying to use OUTLOOK 2003 instead of Windows Mail and
Windows Calender for my mail and scheduling needs.

So I need to know a few things here....

1) How to import my messages from WINDOWS MAIL TO OUTLOOK 2003

2) How to import my contacts from my contacts folder to OUTLOOK 2003

3) How to import my calender info from WINDOWS CALENDER to OUTLOOK 2003

Any help will result in many thanks,

You don't import in Outlook, you EXPORT from Windows Mail. Outlook can't
import from Windows Mail anyway AFAIK.
2) How to import my contacts from my contacts folder to OUTLOOK 2003

In Windows Mail export as csv file - in Outlook import that file.
3) How to import my calender info from WINDOWS CALENDER to OUTLOOK 2003

In Windows Calendar export to an ics file, in Outlook import said file.
Any help will result in many thanks,

You did LOOK at all these functions before posting?

Hello,

I am trying to do the reverse operation, meaning import my Outlook 2003 (XP
computer) calendar to Windows Calendar (Vista). Any way to do that? Thank you.

In what formats will Windows Calendar import? Select one that Outlook can
export. CSV is a likely option, but you'll have to check.
