windows mail won't change font size...

for about a month now i've been stuck with every Windows Mail email message
i write going out in a size 12 font. a family member with excellent skills
couldn't solve the problem. and then much to my dismay, today a
geek-on-wheels kind of guy got paid to do a fair bit but he too couldn't
figure out my mystery and left me high and dry <GRRRR>.

i'm really stumped and feeling stupid when all of the Help searching i've
done has come to naught. any help at all would truly be much appreciated.

This forum is about MS Access databases. Sadly, you need to post your
question in a more appropriate forum, such as:

microsoft.public.windows.vista.mail

Also, I did a quick Google search and found numerous sites with this issue
