windows media music problem

Windows media player

I updated my windows to windows media player 11. Sadly I have had a few
very frustrating evenings. As I have not been able to sync any music down to
my mobile – as usual.

For some reason I cannot get my music from windows media to my mobile. I can
put CDs on windows but NOT TRANSFER (sync) them to my mobile. I will try to
explain what happens so that one of you guys can help me… When I sync (drag
the music over to the sync bit… I see two things a picture of what looks like
a mobile an arrow points to the word ‘next’ and then the word - int mem or
mem stick. (I have a memory stick – but I am not trying to put music on a
memory stick!) why is it only these two options????

[I have my USB in and the attachment that usually goes into my mobile and
have pressed the file transfer –ready… as what used to happen].

In the past – I have observed a ‘disc 2 disc’ sign to tell me that I have
sync my music to the mobile?? But all has changed – it’s supposed to be a
new updated version to make it easier – but I’ sorry - I am confused and its
changed to much……..

Do I need to down load Sony Ericson CD again in order to engage it with the
new windows 11?? Or is there something simpler I am missing… Hope this is
not too complicated… cant explain it any simpler…
