windows media player add in

I used advance controls from my frontpage 2003 and imput a windows media
player on to a video preview page on my web sight, or so I thought. It plays
fine online on my computer but no one elses. so I came to this forum to see
if there was some other answer. So when I saw that you could download a
windows media player add in I did that. Now I added this to the page, but
didn't save it yet and tried to add the video, but for some reason it
delete's the media player and puts that stupid little icon or such. Please,
is there anyone who can tell me what I need to do to make this work.
