I have a Kodak camera that records small video clips. When I download these clips they are in the quick time format. How can I save then as a MS Media Player file

thank you in anticipation

Hi Narelle,

A number of digital media programs based on the Apple operating system,
such as Final Cut Pro, export only Quicktime files. If you want to create a
Windows Media file, you can copy the Quicktime file to a computer running
Windows, and then convert it using a third-party program or utility. These
programs range from simple freeware applications to professional-level
content-creation programs. Keep in mind that not all programs produce
quality results, and that any time you convert between formats, a certain
amount of quality is lost. Go to the Windows Media Software Product Vendors
page for a list of companies that make products that support Windows Media.

For example, the cleaner products from discreet enable you to process and
convert between a number of formats and compression types. With programs
such as Adobe Premiere and Sony Vegas Video, you can capture, edit, and
export video in a variety of formats, including Windows Media.
