Windows Media player (Office 2003 English) doesn't recognize Russ.

I have English version Office 2003. My Windows Media Player doesn't recognize
Russian letters in playlists. Although I can read Russian letters in word,
Windows Explorer (file names). I know there should be some Russian support
for office, but where can I find it. Or what else can I do? Your help is
highly appreciated.

You would need the language packs for Office 2003 available for purchase
from Microsoft. English office oly supports Spanish and French I believe.
