Windows media player

Hello,
I am using FP 2003 www.dominicursetta.com. starting the process from insert
windows media player (which is not greyed out) it then brings me to the
wizard which is self explanitory. my problem is the Windows media player
add-in box comes up and says copying media file into your web: then it lists
my file. It just frezzes and there is never a blue progress shown.

Start by file importing the media into your web ,
- then running the WMP addin and browsing to that file already in your web
- If the media file is over 1 MB you will have problems importing or publishing it

My file is 86.6 mg. What program would you suggest I use?
