windows media player

I have installed intervideo dvd xpack on my computer. When ever I try to play
a dvd in windows media player, the background sound play only. When ever I
open the intervideo dvd to play it from there,
I recieve a error message that says, create overlay failed, please lower
your screen resolution or color depth and try again. I went to dvd
troubleshooter and followed the "change your display settings sugesstion and
the error message still appears.

Hi, Sandy,

This group is for Office topics, and the Intervideo and Windows Media
players are not really part of that. Try posting to a Windows or Windows
Media player newsgroup or community.
