Windows Media

I can't view a DVD I (recorded from a DVD recorder) using Windows Media.
Neither can I view it using Pixela or Dazzle editing software ( I am wanting
to edit the DVD). The only way I can view it on my computer is through Power
DVD-Cyberlink.Has anyone any suggestions how I can view and edit. The DVD
does play on other DVD players. any help will be gratefully received.

Not compatible media {-R/RW, +R/RW}
You did not close the media.
You do not have an Office problem. Suggest you select a more appropriate

Hi I am using +RW discs. Have you any suggestions where might be a better
place to post my query? I have also put it in 'Clipart & Media'. Many thanks
