windows messenger VS. MSN messenger

I seem to be a bit confused about these two.
I am trying to figure out what would be best way to have instant office
messages between employees. We have tried many others but never liked any of
them.

I am an avid of MSN messenger, I would be lost without it.
Now I have to convince my boss what one is best.

Can someone help me out on this one please.

Sorry, but you'll have to find a more appropriate newsgroup in which to ask
this question. For example, there are newsgroups
microsoft.public.msn.messenger and microsoft.public.windowsxp.messenger
(although I'm not sure they're both accessible through the web interface
you're using)

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional.
