I searched for my next phone so it would include pocket office and decided
it will be Qtek 8310. well when the phone arrived I was surprised to see that
it includes only pocket Outlook. in microsoft website you'll get a picture
that all windows mobile 5.0 phones include pocket office. And especially in
that page it says that qtek 8310 includes word, excell, powerpoint and
outlook. So who should I blame?

is there a way to get those applications for my phone or should I just
return my phone and keep away from Microsoft products in the future? (sorry
for the aggressive behavior, but Im really dissappointed at the moment)

The cell phone carriers decide what goes on their phones, not Microsoft. Microsoft makes the software available but the dealers are free to disable/remove/not include anything they like, much like Verizon does when disabling consumer friendly inclusion on the cell phone so they can charge for their own not consumer friendly replacements.

Nevertheless. In that page I gave earlier it says that this Qtek phone
includes all those applicactions. The site is Microsofts so if they have
wrong information on their site isn't it Microsofts fault?

There is a list of WM5 phones from different vendors so it's a nice place to
compare phones. Or at least it would be if you could trust the content of the
site. Information i got from there was wrong and I bought phone without the
applications i assumed to get.

Another question I asked was if I can get (for free or buy) the software
somewhere or should I just return the phone?
