I know that this is coming into the wrong discussion group, but half of my
problem is that I have no idea where to turn to for support for my i-Mate
issues. I have spent days on the phone to club i-Mate, vodaphone and god
knows who else. I am at my wits end, and hope that Microsoft can either
answer a few questions having to do with the Windows Mobile 5.0 Phone
Edition - or tell me (god help me) of someone somewhere who can!
I will be brief in my problem descriptions.
1. Can't take photos, get a message telling me memory is full. It can't be.
Support told me to do a firmware upgrade (its a brnd new phone) which will
incidently wipe all of my data. This is business equip, and that process
will take me off the road for yet another day!
2. eTrust anti-virus - message "Your signature has not been updated for 20
days. Do you want to check for a new signature now?" I did when it first
asked me. The message keeps popping up for no obvious reason. Any tips?
And is there someone I can contact in future?
