Windows Mobile 5 & Onenote 2007

Is there any resources, features and/or information on what is implemented
with WM5 in mobile ON2007? I have ON2003 on my desktop and it sync's the
audio & written notes in my Smartphone. I am wondering if it is worthwhile
trying the beta now or how long it will be before I can upgrade?
TIA

If you have access to volume licensing, then the release will be out in
November. If you don't, you'll have to wait till January for the
release.
If you want to try the beta, download it literally now. The beta can
disappear any day from the Internet...
Check out Chris Pratley's blog (just type his name into Google) and
search for OneNote Mobile on it.

Ray,
If you find a good site for someone to use to research the advantages of a
WM implementation to OneNote2007 -- BEFORE purchase -- I would appreciate
your posting it here.

I have been a Palm user for a long time. I now use ON2007 B2 and wonder if
there are compelling reasons to switch to WM to help me manage classroom
info. Managing yet another piece of cranky gear and SW is the LAST thing I
need, but it sounds appealing to have ON pages in a pocket device. I like the
Palm, but would switch.

(However, I would not use a phone/PDA combo... but that's not germane to
this discussion, right?)

I will check out Chris P's blog, too, as suggested.

The Beta may have already come down as I have tried to download it several
times today and it says the server is unavailable and try back later : (
It was not in the October action pack so hopefully next quarters'. I am
looking forward to trying it.
Thank you for the info Patrick.

Aloha Jonathan jonathan7zerozero7(use numbers) at yahew dot usual domain,

The OneNote Mobile solution is a nice v1 product -- keep in mind there is
no direct ink support in it, however. It's text and images only. It can
be a handy way to take your ON2007 pages with you on a portable device or
to create quick notes on a SmartPhone or WM5 device that will sync to ON2007.
