Windows Mobile & Outlook Sync

Does anyone know why either Windows Mobile or Outlook puts events on your
phone calendar a day later or earlier than it is suposed to be? I am trying
to Sync my Windows Mobile phone with Outlook and it just does not want to put
events on the right dates.

HELP

Time zone or DST setting mismatch between Outlook and the phone, perhaps?
