Windows NT Service Pack 2 & 3 - Access will not longer run

While I was on Win NT service pack 1 I was able to run my
Access macros and queries. Once the company applied
service pack 2, my queries run and never come to
completion. They then applied service pack 3 and I still
can not run my queries or macros successfully.

Please suggest what can be done.
