Windows right management

Hi,
I updated my office 2003 pro and realised the feature "windows rights
management" and as I have a .Net Passport I signed for the window rights
management cliente software, but now I can't forward emails and want do
disable this feature. I don't nees that!!!
How can I Make all my office documents and my outlook avaliable for
everybody as it was?
